"Hartz and cordial": With Martin and Manja things go haywire.

Your apartment has been terminated without notice, you have a fight with your friends and your relationship is in danger:

The topic of looking for an apartment is particularly urgent in the social documentary "Hartz and warmly".

It doesn't matter whether it's in Mannheim or in Rostock: the actors have problems with the condition of their rented apartments and often cannot afford to renovate them.

"Hartz and warm" resident Petra has been living in a mold apartment for years and therefore already has health problems.

"Hartz and warm" in Rostock: cult couple loses their apartment - and has to stay in a homeless shelter

The living situation of the cult couple Martin and Manja from Rostock Groß Klein is extremely tense.

You need strong nerves.

After the "Hartz und Herzen" protagonists were burgled, Martin and Manja suffered another setback.

They were terminated without notice, as reported by MANNHEIM24.

This is a big problem for the unequal couple, because Manja has been in a wheelchair since 2009.

Due to her multiple sclerosis disease, she needs a barrier-free apartment.

In order not to have to sleep on the street, Manja has found shelter in a suitable homeless shelter.

Meanwhile, Martin is staying with his friends Janette and Mike.

Finding an apartment is also a problem for the "Hartz und cordial" couple Jonas and Martina.

"Hartz and cordial": Martin is not allowed to move to Manja for the time being - "everything is a bit stressful for me"

Living with Janette and Mike for three weeks has massively damaged the friendship.

Again and again there are differences of opinion, which lead to the fact that Martin "is no longer in the mood" for his girlfriend Janette.

In the case of Manja, the situation in the homeless shelter is much more relaxed: “She likes it a lot.

She has a nice room, TV and everything," reveals Martin on the RTLZWEI show.

In order to be able to move into the homeless shelter with Manja, Martin needs an allocation slip from the social welfare office.

However, the appointment at the office is different than expected: Manja's homeless shelter is full and has no more space for the 33-year-old.

"It's all a bit stressful for me right now.

Nobody checks that – when all of a sudden the whole existence disappears,” Martin scolds in the social documentary.

"Hartz and warm" in Groß Klein: Do Manja and Martin have a future together?

Martin got a room in a homeless shelter.

Other "Hartz und Herzen" actors didn't manage this step and ended up on the street.

The Rostocker now has new accommodation, but the apartment is gone.

The life together with the fiancé for the time being too.

It is only too understandable that this affects the Hartz IV recipient.

The 33-year-old is at a loss.

But a WhatsApp message from his fiancé gives hope to the native of Rostock: "She sent me a WhatsApp message and it said something had become available," Martin continued on the TV show.

It remains to be seen whether the two will soon be able to live under the same roof again.
