Victims aged 14 to 20
The accused is suspected of having implemented the same scheme each time.
He made contact on classified ad sites with escorts, so most of them were minors, then gave them an appointment in front of the city of Caravelle in Villeneuve-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine).
On the spot, he showed them a fake gendarme or police card, then encouraged them to follow him to an underground car park on the pretext of a check.
The man then suddenly became ultraviolent.
One of the victims had her head hit against the steps of the stairs, before being raped several times.
He also stole their cell phone or purse after the act, which he had also filmed with his cell phone.

The four victims are aged between 14 and 20 and offered their service on the same classifieds site.
In total, three victims filed a complaint between December 2019 and January 2020, then a fourth victim was identified by a DNA trace discovered on a used condom found in a trash can near the premises where the rapes took place.
She had not dared to go to a police station, explaining that it was “

The aggressor seemed to specifically choose isolated young women, with family difficulties and who had no choice but to prostitute themselves for a living.

Already sentenced eight times
The investigators of the Hauts-de-Seine departmental judicial police service (SDPJ), seized of the investigation, managed to find the trace of the accused following the requisition of the classifieds site as well as thanks to the investigations carried out on the mobile phones of the victims.
At the time of the events, Billel Y., aged 24, lived with his parents in a dwelling located in the city where the latter is accused of having attacked his victims.
The individual also has a long criminal record since he has already been convicted eight times for acts of domestic violence, aggravated theft or carrying a prohibited weapon.
At the end of his trial, which should last a week, he faces 20 years of criminal imprisonment.
