Today, the Veterinarians Syndicate honored 68 students who excelled in the basic and secondary education certificates, from the sons of veterinarians in different governorates, for the academic year 2021-2022, at the Freedom Institute “Like” in Damascus.

The Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, Engineer Muhammad Hassan Qatana, stated in a speech that excellence in the shadow of war represents victory, and proves that Syria, despite its suffering from wars and crises, has outstanding students with full marks, and that honoring is an invitation to the rest of the students to compete and progress, and achieve success and excellence.

In turn, the Minister of Education, Dr. Darem Tabbaa, said: The honoring is the beginning of the road, and we will see the results of the efforts and superiority of these students in the coming days in the field of work, praising the role of veterinarians during the war, who did not abandon their duty and remained faithful to their homeland and work.

The head of the Syndicate of Veterinarians in Syria, Dr. Iyad Sweidan, considered the honor as a thank you to the doctors who gave a lot to the country, and sowed success and excellence in their children, and a message to all to devote success to students and teachers who are loyal to their profession, who have the greatest credit for the students’ achievement of excellence.

In the outstanding speech delivered by the first student in the secondary certificate, Rawan Al-Dhahi, she indicated that excellence is the result of work, will, and cooperation of parents, teachers and students, while the first student in the basic education certificate, Mira Haider, indicated that the honor constitutes an incentive to make more efforts during the upcoming academic stages, noting While superiority does not come from a vacuum, it has support makers who are interested.

The honoring, which was held in cooperation with Abdal Al-Sham Medical Company, was attended by the Assistant Minister of Agriculture and Director General of ACSAD, the Syndicates of Teachers and Agricultural Engineers, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Sri Lanka, and a number of veterinarians.
