Homs-Sana
To the melodies of the violin and in the presence of a distinguished youth, the festival, which was held by the Syrian Writers Association in cooperation with the Cultural Center in Homs, concluded its activities, which lasted for two days, in celebration of the glorious October holidays.
The talented young men and women in the field of poetry and thought, Hazem Salama, Shorouk Al-Hosni, Wissam Al-Saeed, Muhammad Al-Din, Asia Ibrahim, Safa Al-Taweel, Majd Al-Wusuf, Nour Al-Huda Al-Khaled, and Batoul Sabreen presented poetic and literary paragraphs, which were dominated by the national and sentimental character.
The events included a theatrical performance of a group of talented young people in acting and dramatic performance with an elaborate artistic plot, telling the story of a poor man who struggles with life with patience and hope.
The festival concluded with musical pieces of authentic tarab by the creative youth, Rowad Gharibah, on the melodious violin.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian Writers Association was established a year ago under the supervision and management of the Union of Arab Writers in Syria.
