Weilheim

– Sören B. (name changed) looks down as he is handcuffed into the courtroom and then sits in the dock.

He looks younger than the 21 years he is old.

The young man without a job already has a drug career behind him.

Since March 2021 he has been running a lively drug trade in the Weilheim area.

He has been in custody in Munich-Stadelheim since December last year.

Now he has been tried before the Munich II Regional Court for importing and trading in narcotics.

The defendant admitted everything

Sören B. doesn't lament for long.

He admits everything.

"Fully," as the lawyer, in this case his defense attorney, says.

That means everything is correct as it says in the prosecutor's indictment.

Accordingly, the Weilheimer, who comes from Landsberg, ordered drugs on a large scale from the Netherlands to his home address via the Darknet.

He resold marijuana, hashish, amphetamine and LSD at a price of ten euros per gram or trip, cocaine at a price of 100 euros per gram;

Ecstasy cost 12 euros per tablet, MDMA 40 euros per gram.

In their indictment, the public prosecutor's office lists a few individual order transactions that they were able to determine.

For example, in the period from March to December 2021, Sören B. ordered 500 grams of marijuana in at least one case at a price of at least 2,500 euros, in at least ten cases one kilo of marijuana at a price of 4,000 euros each, and in at least five cases two kilos each Marijuana for 8000 euros.

During this time he also ordered 50 grams of hashish for 300 euros and in two cases 100 grams of hashish for 600 euros.

The public prosecutor assumes that 100 grams of marijuana per week were intended for personal use - a total of 3.9 kilos.

When the apartment was searched, there were almost 10,000 euros in the closet

When the police searched the room in Sören B.'s shared apartment in Weilheim on December 2 last year, they found around 150 grams of marijuana, 17 grams of a cocaine mixture, 320 grams of amphetamine, 30 ecstasy tablets and 100 grams of methamphetamine.

The drugs were mainly in a chest of drawers to the left of the front door to his room, which was heavily secured with a chain lock.

50 grams of marijuana were stored in a safe in the defendant's closet.

There were also 8675 euros in cash.

Presumably drug deals.

Knives were ready for problems with customers

The public prosecutor also accuses the Weilheimer of armed drug trafficking.

Because B. kept two knives near the intoxicants.

One, a kitchen knife with a blade length of 20 centimeters, was lying on the wardrobe.

He also kept an unfolded jackknife with a three-inch blade on the coffee table in the middle of the room.

According to the indictment, B. stored the weapons near the drugs in order to “use the knife to violently end any resistance or attacks by third parties that might arise” as part of his business.

The judges sentenced Weilheimer to four years in prison.
