, and is promoted by the Dirpolis Institute (Law, Politics, Development) of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, as part of the of the ANSA 'Cohesion goes local' project, co-financed by the DG Regio of the European Commission.

, Professor of Political Science at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies,

Francesca Biondi

, Professor of Constitutional Law of the same School, the President of the Province of Lucca

Luca Menesini and David Rinaldi

, Professor of European Economic Governance at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and Director of Studies and Public Policies at the Feps Foundation.

At the end, there will be a question and answer session coordinated by the researcher of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna
