Fatal fall in Wessobrunn: For 24-year-olds, any help comes too late
An employee alerted the police and the emergency services on Sunday morning after becoming aware of the lifeless man in a basement of the property.
However, help for the 24-year-old man from the Landsberg am Lech district came too late.
The permanent criminal service of the Weilheim Criminal Police Inspectorate then took over the investigation to clarify the cause of death.
According to the first findings of the police, the man who had attended a party in the inn the night before had climbed up the outside facade of the house unnoticed at midnight and for unknown reasons and then fell down from the height of the second floor.
The man sustained fatal injuries in the fall.
