2022-10-04T10:08:25.673Z

A Tiktokeuse has revealed her tips for displaying a suitable complexion on her passport or identity card.

If getting an appointment to redo your ID or passport is a feat, getting the right photos that will accompany you for a few years is not easy either.

Especially since now the instructions are strict.

On the service-public.fr site, you can find the list of all the boxes to be respected for the photos to be validated.

Among them, a neutral background, no hat or scarf, a neutral expression and a clear face.

Fringe is only accepted if it does not cover the eyes.

So many constraints that make the task difficult.

In summary, passport photos are rarely the ones we are most proud of or exhibit on social networks.

Not to mention the tired look that we would do without on an official piece.

The ally who could save the final result?

A judicious makeup (but anything but natural or light) that will hide dark circles and enhance the complexion.

And that's what British tiktoker Georgia Barratt offers in a tutorial seen by nearly 12 million people.

The young woman has unveiled her contouring tips and tricks, the identity photo she shared having sparked the enthusiasm of her community.

Step by step

First step: look.

She starts by brushing the brows upwards with a dedicated gel to set them.

For the complexion, like most make-up artists, she uses a moisturizing base (for a glowy effect) to which is added a satiny foundation to reflect the light (she chose to use the Natural model Radiant Longwear by Nars).

Then the concealer comes into play.

Slightly lighter than the foundation, it is used in the inner corner of the eye and under the eyes to illuminate the look.

But especially below the lower line of the eyebrows to create a real symmetry between them.

She also fills them in pencil.

To sculpt the face, she puts sun powder on the temples, the cheekbones (especially below to hollow out the cheeks).

But also the tip of the nose and the outer end of the eyelids.

She also adds a touch of blush on the cheekbones which she blends upwards.

As well as a touch of concealer that she blends with a sponge on the jaws.

The final touch?

A line of brown eyeliner on the cat-eye lids, mascara after using an eyelash curler and a little highlighter on the eyelids.

Finally, she gives volume to her lips with a touch of gloss after drawing their outline in pencil.

We forget the smile, we fix the objective and the trick is played.
