Unknown follows woman, exposes himself and presses her

In the Hessian town of Wetzlar, there was a sexual assault early on Sunday morning.

An attentive driver could possibly prevent worse.

Wetzlar – An unknown person followed a woman in Wetzlar (Lahn-Dill district), exposed himself to her and tried to touch her.

As the central Hessian police announced, the later perpetrator ran after the 32-year-old early Sunday morning (October 2) from the Wetzlar train station to the bus stop on Dammstraße.

First he asked for cigarettes, when he didn't get them, the man suddenly pulled down his pants and exposed his privates.

He also tried several times to grab the woman.

When a driver who had become aware of the situation stopped, the stranger fled, according to the descriptions, as reported by giessener-allgemeine.de.

Sexual assault in Wetzlar: the police are looking for witnesses

According to the police, the 32-year-old from Ehringshausen "got away with a fright".

She testified that the perpetrator was dark-skinned, about 1.70 meters tall and slim.

He was wearing a white jacket and dark jeans.

He is also said to have carried a bag from the clothing discounter “Kik”.

The police in Wetzlar are investigating.

There is a suspicion of sexual coercion and exhibitionist acts against the stranger.
