A dispute over a car
On Sunday, at the start of the afternoon, the police intervened in the Jules-Vallès residence after an altercation between five young people on the one hand and an uncle and his nephew on the other.
According to the information collected, the latter would have borrowed a car the day before to go to a nightclub.
Car he still hadn't returned on Sunday.
The five young people would then have decided to recover it by going to the aunt of the latter, tenant of an accommodation in the residence.
An altercation then breaks out, and the uncle gets involved, delivering the fatal blow.
“This scenario is confirmed, indicates the prosecution.
No other reason or motive for this altercation has been put forward.
It would seem that the five young people, including the victim, were acquaintances, without anyone knowing more at this time about the exact nature of their relationship.
