Multiple drawings and various accessories of a special and distinctive character were made by the fingers of the 26-year-old artist, Faten Attia, from Tartous, who refined her artistic talent with personal effort, and enriched her experience with continuous learning, training and research.
Attia is a computer science teacher and an illustrator, in addition to her work in the field of accessories, she spoke to the Sana Youth Bulletin about the beginning of her talent in drawing, saying: When she was in school, she began to show her drawing talent, and she received support from her family and teacher, who encouraged her continuously, which prompted her to draw permanently in Home and school, especially decorations and dresses, to participate in the Pioneers Pioneers competition, through which she won first place in Baniyas.
She added: She stopped drawing for several years, and during 2018 she retrained in a wooden studio in her home through the Internet to study the methods and techniques used in drawing, so she used pencils, wood and oil colors, and after continuous attempts, she adopted oil colors for herself.
Faten explained that she paints on canvas and wood, using oil colors and is not inclined to draw portraiture, and relies on abstract drawing from a silent nature and faces inspired by her imagination, noting her participation in many exhibitions, including (Ashtar Innovates and the Glory of Syria), in addition to drawing directly in a garden Al-Basel in Tartous.
Faten did not stop at the talent of drawing only, but she set out in another world that parallels the aesthetics of drawing, which is making accessories, where she collects beads and collects them with chains to form bracelets, chains, jewelry, earrings and women's bags, which she displays on her personal page on social networking sites to meet the demands of customers.
She explained that she uses the materials of beads, silk thread, metal wire, canvas and other raw materials according to the type and shape of each piece of the products that she woven over hours, and give her her own touch full of beauty, pointing to her pursuit of her dream of owning her own studio, and setting up an exhibition that includes all her paintings and expanding the circle Her work in accessories as it achieves a good financial return.
