The illegal buildings in Wolfratshausen have to be demolished.

Now the BR magazine "quer" illuminates the dispute on the Isarspitz.

Wolfratshausen – The black buildings on the Isarspitz in the Weidach district of Wolfratshausen have been making headlines for weeks.

For the second time, Bavarian television is now devoting itself to the topic: “End stop demolition?

Bavaria and its black building culture” is the title of the report that will be broadcast this Thursday (October 6th) at 8:15 p.m. on the BR program “quer”.

As reported, the three single-family houses at Isarspitz 24, 24a and 25 are to be demolished.

The petition committee of the state parliament recently formulated a "requirement" for the lower building control authority at the district office in Bad Tölz: the tenants are given one year to look for a new place to live.

According to the Petitions Committee, the demolition of the houses is probably "inevitable". In the removal order announced by the district building authority, the state politicians want the client to be given a deadline of October 1, 2023.

"The district office will fully comply with the recommendation of the petitions committee," said press spokeswoman Marlis Peischer.

"A signal that things can't go on like this"

The BR summarizes the case as follows: "Despite court proceedings and the petitions committee - they will be demolished, the three new single-family houses in Wolfratshausen." This is "a great waste of resources and a disaster for the families living there".

The builder did not comply with the building permit, but according to BR research "it is often worth getting in trouble with the authorities and courts, because larger and more beautiful houses than originally approved bring more profit".

The "quer" editorial team around moderator Christoph Süss comes to the conclusion: "The demolition in Wolfratshausen should be a signal that things can't go on like this." (cce)
