The Nabd Group for collective singing performed a concert at the Palace of Culture in As-Suwayda this evening, on the occasion of the fifty-fourth anniversary of the founding of the Revolutionary Youth Union.
The ceremony, which was organized by the Youth Union branch in the governorate, under the title “Hathoul We Are”, included a short theatrical scene, showing the extent of the connection to the homeland, in addition to 14 collective songs, of a national and popular character, presented under the supervision of coach Ihab Al-Madhihawi.
In a statement to SANA reporter, the Secretary of the Revolutionary Youth Union Firas Raad referred to the organization’s role in caring for young people, developing their talents in various fields, and allowing them to show their energies and creativity, enhance their sense of responsibility, the spirit of national belonging, inculcate positive behaviors and values in their lives, and participate. in building the future of the country.
The ceremony was attended by a member of the leadership of the As-Suwayda branch of the Baath Party and the head of the Youth Office, Rosana al-Basit, a member of the Executive Office of the Suwayda Governorate, Wael al-Mahtawi, the director of culture in Suwayda, Laila Abu Fakhr, and members of the leadership of the Revolutionary Youth Union branch.
