In the current "trend barometer" from Forsa, the AfD is rising.

The survey also comes to a sad result on the subject of "political competence".

Cologne – The AfD is at a poll high in the autumn of the energy crisis: In the current RTL/ntv “trend barometer” it has reached its highest value since December 2019 at 14 percent. The SPD is still 18 percent behind the Greens with 20 percent and well behind the Union of CDU/CSU with 28 percent.

The FDP value drops by one point to six percent.

The left and the other small parties come to five and nine percent, respectively, as in the previous week.

The opinion research institute Forsa contacted eligible voters for the survey from September 27th to 30th, 2001.

The database for the question on political competence consisted of 806 respondents.

Chancellor survey in September 2022: Merz close behind Scholz

If they could elect the Federal Chancellor directly and had the choice between Olaf Scholz (SPD), Robert Habeck (Greens) and Friedrich Merz (CDU), like in the previous week, 22 percent of the survey participants would vote for Scholz, 20 percent for Merz (minus two percentage points) and - also as in the previous week - 17 percent decide for Habeck.

41 percent would choose none of the three.

However, the proportion of respondents who no longer trust any party to deal with the problems in Germany reached a new high of 63 percent this year.

12 percent still trust the Greens, 9 percent each the Union parties and the SPD, 3 percent the FDP and 4 percent the other parties, political competence.

reported on Tuesday.

The North Rhine-Westphalian Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst (CDU), the left-wing politician Sahra Wagenknecht and the Federal Minister of Agriculture Cem Özdemir (Greens) followed in the places behind.

The heads of the traffic light government, i.e. Scholz, Habeck and the head of the finance department, Christian Lindner (FDP), rank seventh to ninth here.

For the opinion trend, Insa asked eligible voters from September 29 to October 4, 2008, "How do you rate the following politicians?".

A similar survey by the ZDF "political barometer" had come to different conclusions last week.

There Özdemir was in first place, followed by Baerbock, Scholz and Habeck.

This was followed by Ministers of Health Lauterbach, Lindner and Söder.

Habeck had suddenly fallen behind Merz in a previous Forsa Chancellor survey.
