An investigation is underway to identify the author of a document in which inspectors from the Calvados Academy are described in unfriendly terms and associated with photos of dogs, we learned on Wednesday from the prosecutor's office. Caen.
The existence of this document was revealed on Tuesday by France Bleu Normandie.
The radio publishes on its site excerpts and images of the document which, according to it, was circulating within the academy: twelve inspectors from Calvados are criticized in acerbic terms.
The public prosecutor of Caen, Amélie Cladière, joined by AFP, confirmed that an investigation was opened.
In an excerpt from the document, an inspector is described as “
deceitful, a liar as bad as the itch.
We have already tried to get rid of him but no one wants him (even in Orne!) (...) We had him castrated for fear that he would reproduce
”.
The text is accompanied by a photo of a pit bull wearing a muzzle.

The Caen prosecutor's office has not confirmed the identity of the author.
“We went back to investigate to arrive at his identification.
As for the consequences, we will see if we manage to identify the author,” said Ms. Cladière.
The magistrate clarified that a first police complaint had not made it possible to identify the author and had been "
closed without follow-
up ".
But the investigation was "
resumed
" after the appearance of "
new elements
" and the filing of "
several complaints
“, she added.
Contacted by AFP, the rectorate declined to comment.
The FSU union expressed its "
dismay
" and "
affliction
".

We ask that everything be done to find the author or authors

This affair is reminiscent of that of the "Mur des cons", unveiled in April 2013 during a report broadcast on France 3.
