Clashes in Nablus

The Lebanese answer
The Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Elias Bou Saab, said on Tuesday evening that Lebanon's response to the American proposal to draw the maritime border with Israel was forwarded to the US Ambassador to Lebanon, Dorothy Shay.
The Lebanese official informed that Lebanon's answer includes a list of changes it wishes to introduce to the proposal.
Bo Saab did not elaborate on the changes in the American proposal.
He stated that he does not believe that the changes will lead to an exit from the agreement, but also that the Lebanese answer does not mean that they approve the draft of the American mediator Amos Hochstein, or that the negotiations are over.
In a conversation with the local media, the deputy speaker of the parliament said that the draft agreement received from the US was achieved thanks to "thinking outside the box".
He added in the context that the parties started talking about the agreement as a "deal".
