The Directorate of Education in Rif Dimashq Governorate has completed the repair and maintenance work in the Suhaya Mixed School, the first cycle, in the village of Hosh Suhya, which is affiliated to the Buwaydah Municipality in Western Ghouta.
The Director of Education in Damascus Countryside, Maher Kamal Faraj Bayn, told SANA that the restoration work has been completed at the Sohaya School for the first cycle, indicating that one of the priorities of the Ministry of Education is to facilitate the return of students to their schools, and to secure all the requirements of the educational process.
Head of the Department of Planning and Statistics Tahani Safi explained that the restoration work included the three blocks in the school, pointing out that the school consists of 26 rooms, including 18 classrooms, 7 administrative rooms, and a kindergarten room from a project prepare for school.
Safi indicated that the maintenance of the school was carried out within the plan for the year 2022, which included the restoration and maintenance of 80 school buildings, pointing to the expansion of the creation of kindergartens (Get ready), as their number reached 90 kindergarten divisions, distributed in various regions of the governorate.
In turn, the supervisor of the educational complex in Western Ghouta, Nawal Dabour, pointed out that the educational process is going well within the school, and that the maintenance work aimed at improving the physical environment, and giving students an attractive character through drawings, colors and phrases that encourage science, and devote positive values.
