" for electricity will be published each week on the website of the Energy Regulation Commission (CRE) to help SMEs negotiate their energy contracts at the right price, announced Wednesday 5 October the president of the energy policeman Emmanuelle Wargon.

This price will be communicated once a week for annual contract coverage
,” Emmanuelle Wargon announced to a few journalists, after a meeting at the Ministry of the Economy with the main energy companies, including EDF, TotalEnergies and Engie.

This price will be a kind of compass
" and will be declined "
for several profiles of professional consumers
", summed up Emmanuelle Wargon.
She specified that this communication will make it possible to guide companies with less than 250 employees and will be effective "
at the end of next week
".
This indicative price will include the effects of the State guarantee mechanism, announced on Tuesday by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, to facilitate the signing of energy contracts by companies with their operators.

The main suppliers had been summoned to this meeting by the Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire, who had accused them last week of “
