The Wounded Homeland project pointed out in the video that the National Union of Syrian Students grants the card holder the right to participate in courses to develop the skills that the wounded need and facilitates their registration in all kinds of trade-offs. They have free or partial grants for training in the tourism and hotel centers affiliated with the Ministry.
The project indicated that the General Sports Federation, according to the card, provides the wounded with free subscriptions to the clubs and sports facilities affiliated with the federation, while the Ministry of Transport grants them a 50 percent reduction in transport wages when using the planes of the Syrian Airlines Corporation and the trains of the Syrian Railways Corporation.
The project indicated that for the Ministry of Culture, the wounded, according to the card, can go to the Al-Assad National Library, cultural centers, cinemas, theaters and museums for free, and to register for free in all courses of popular culture institutes, plastic and applied arts centers, and music institutes.
