This time, is it the right one?
For several years, the deputy (LR) of Côtes-d'Armor Marc Le Fur has been trying to table an amendment restricting access to public subsidies for associations which illegally attack farmers.
But never, so far, this amendment had passed the stage of examination by the Finance Committee of the National Assembly.
The latter has just voted on the amendment today, which will therefore be debated in plenary session by the deputies during the examination of the finance bill in the coming days.
In concrete terms, if passed, the amendment will prohibit associations "
whose members are found guilty of acts of intrusion on private agricultural property and industrial establishments, or acts of violence against professionals
" to allow their donors to benefit from a tax reduction.
