A group of plastic artists from Syria participated in the Festival of the International Academic Forum for Fine Art in Tunisia, at the invitation of the Tunisian Youth Supervision Association.

In an interview with SANA’s reporter, the artist, Lina Deeb from Lattakia, explained that her participation, in addition to the two artists, Noha Jbara and Batoul Mawardi from Damascus, was aimed at enriching and developing their artistic experience, by looking at the movement of Tunisian, Arab and foreign plastic art participating in the festival, pointing to the diversity of artistic levels. For participants of different schools, techniques, techniques and their plastic orientations.

Deeb indicated that the artistic works of the participants are diverse in their artistic schools, the participants' levels and their creative abilities, some of them are mature, some express high professionalism, and some are classic, in addition to works that indicate a high level of creativity and renewal.

She stressed the importance of this forum in terms of exchanging artistic experiences and visual dialogue, which took place between the artists on the one hand, and the public on the other hand, in addition to presenting the message of each artist through this artistic event, creating a distinctive interactive artistic environment, and the resulting ideas and visions through dialogue. The self, and what contributes to the development of the plastic path of the system of collective and individual creations offered by these forums, as well as satisfying the curiosity of connoisseurs of the creative product.

She pointed out that the program of scientific and artistic symposiums included meetings with a group of university professors specialized in criticism, fine art and the public, and they were held daily on the sidelines of the forum, in addition to musical evenings such as the Heritage Night for Tunisian women.

Deeb's participation was to present her academic experience, which developed by virtue of continuous research and artistic experience. From an important presence in the painting, with reference to many architectural and decorative details, and the painting was dominated by two basic colors, blue and earthy and warm yellow, with the penetration of a group of other colors complementing the scene, to compose the elements of the composition in a modern style consistent with its holistic vision of the scene.
