The shareholder of APH Syndicate is the Hong Kong company "Kong Wah Travel (Agent) Limited" (Kong Wah Travel (Agent) Limited).

The directors of Hong Kong China Travel include Chen Meichun, Li Jinmei and Lu Changshui; the shareholders are Lu Changshui, Li Jinmei and Gao Mingcun.

Hong Kong's "Taipei Economic and Cultural Office" has no Taiwanese officials and has also moved from Admiralty to Wanchai Central.
