You don't always have to work hard for an impressive dish at the holiday, and this dish, of strips of sirloin and okra, is the best proof of that.
All you need is to make sure to buy fresh, high-quality sirloin, cut into strips, take out a bag of okra from the freezer, which, after a short roasting in the oven, joins the sirloin, and together they are cooked in a spicy and delicious tomato sauce in the North African style.
10 minutes of work, half an hour of cooking, and you are set with a great main dish for Sukkot, and the best part?
The addition is already inside.
