During the holiday season:
Gad Dairy Company announces a price increase of 5%-9.5%.
Yesterday, the company released an updated price list for the marketing chains, and the new prices will go into effect starting this November.
For example, Bulgarian cheeses will become more expensive by 7%.
Traditional Bulgarian 5% fat will now cost NIS 17.91 instead of NIS 16.74.
Refined goat feta will become more expensive by 16% and its price will now be NIS 23.73 instead of NIS 22.18.
Safed cheeses will become more expensive by 6%, ricotta cheeses by 3%, mozzarella cheeses by 7%, Grana Padano by 3%-7% and Crème Patisserie by 5%-9%.

"The drastic price increases in Israel and around the world do not spare Gad Dairies either and affect us in a variety of areas," the company says, "the raw materials, the various packaging factors, production inputs, import prices, and especially the sharp increases in the price of raw milk, which has risen by 24% in the last two years alone .
"In the entire last decade, we raised prices only once (in 2018), but now we have no choice but to update the Gad price list in order to only partially minimize the increases we have been experiencing for a long time, after a large number of postponements and waiting as long as possible."
