More than 11,000 Ligurians have already joined the request for a 4.5 billion euro class action against Aspi to obtain compensation of 3,000 euro each for the image, economic and social damage suffered due to the collapse of the Morandi bridge and of the consequent infinite motorway construction sites.

This was announced by the directors of the Sansa List in the Regional Council, Ferruccio Sansa and Roberto Centi, promoters of the action entrusted to the law firm of the lawyer Mattia Crucioli.

"A hearing at the Court of Rome on October 14 will have to assess the admissibility of the largest class action in the history of Italy - explains Crucioli -. Within 30 days there will be a ruling, in case of admissibility the accession phase would open" .

"In Liguria there was an attempt to mess up with Aspi, instead we try to nail Aspi to his responsibilities", says Sansa.

The pre-registrations were collected through the website www.classactionautostrade.org.
