Fatal bicycle accident: Antdorfer (74) crashes with an e-bike at Heimgarten

Antdorf – Fatal bicycle accident: An Antdorfer (74) crashed his e-bike in the Ohlstadt area.
The man succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
The serious accident happened on Wednesday (October 5) around 5 p.m.
According to the police, a 74-year-old from Antdorf rode his e-bike in alpine terrain on a gravel forest road coming from Heimgarten down towards Kreut-Alm.
About half the way, the Antdorfer fell, probably due to a driving error, alone in a stone gully that crosses the road, according to the Murnau Police Inspectorate.
The 74-year-old remained unconscious on his stomach on the gravel road.
A 43-year-old from Ohlstadt who was driving uphill found the victim and immediately informed the mountain rescue service.
The Antdorfer was flown to the Murnau accident clinic with the rescue helicopter, where he then succumbed to his injuries.
