Tied to a chair, beaten up and threatened with a knife.

Victim of an outburst of violence last spring, a 15-year-old teenager, traumatized by the episode, was forced to leave the Paris region for fear of reprisals.

The police have just arrested the four alleged perpetrators of this surreal scene, which occurred in the victim's former apartment, in Montigny-le-Bretonneux (Yvelines).

On March 30, at the end of the afternoon, this 15-year-old young man had joined an acquaintance at the Montigny-le-Bretonneux station and lent him his laptop for a few moments.

But the "acquaintance", who was chatting with three other young people, refused to return the phone.

When the group takes refuge in a garbage room with their loot, the owner of the phone takes his courage in both hands and decides to follow the individuals into the building, to try to recover his property.

He was then beaten up and lost consciousness.

In the jacket they just relieved him of, the attackers discovered the keys to his home.

When the teenager has barely got up, he is forced to drive his executioners home.

Moments later, he found himself tied to a chair in his own home, which the attackers began to search.

Seven days of ITT the day after the attack

When they discover a safe in a room, the four individuals go wild again.

One of them seizes a kitchen knife, which he places under the throat of the victim to try to obtain the code.

Still tied to his chair, the teenager is hit several times by the other three.

When the group finally leaves the apartment, the teenager manages to free himself from his bonds and alerts the police.

The episode earned him seven days of incapacity (ITT), issued by the medico-judicial units.

Fearing reprisals, the family chose to leave the Paris region and has since settled in the provinces.

The investigation entrusted to the urban security of Élancourt led to the identification of four suspects.

Their arrest, at the end of September, was carried out with the support of the departmental intervention company and the anti-crime brigade (BAC) of Élancourt.

The four alleged perpetrators of this attack are between 16 and 17 years old.

Three of them are from Trappes, the fourth from Chapet.

On the instructions of the Versailles prosecutor's office, they were placed under judicial control pending their judgment.

Three of the alleged perpetrators acknowledge their participation in the attack in March, while minimizing their involvement.

The fourth sticks to his position: he did nothing.
