The lynching on Eve of Kippur in Bat Yam: "They saw Arabs and beat them, stabbed them"
The unusual incident during which 5 Hora residents were attacked on the promenade in the city continues to shock the families of those attacked.
"They are laborers who work in Tel Aviv who, after all, walked to Bat Yam," said the uncle of one of the injured.
"We fast for 30 days and we will never do something like this, they fasted on day 1, that's what happened"

Five Arab citizens, residents of Hora, were violently attacked yesterday (Wednesday) on the promenade in Bat Yam during Yom Kippur.
Their families are still shocked by the case in which two of them were slightly injured and claimed that it was a racist incident.
"They saw Arabs and beat them," said Talal, the uncle of the wounded.
He said that these are construction workers who work in Tel Aviv, went for a walk on the promenade to Bat Yam and were simply attacked, also with a knife.
"People are taking the law into their own hands, this is not an accident. We fast for 30 days and we will never do such things. They fasted for one day and that's what happened. There should be a law."
Besides this case, another violent incident took place in Bat Yam during Yom Kippur.
In another incident, a mob overturned a parked car belonging to the residents of Jaljulia that had no passengers.
Police arrived at the scene and rescued a 30-year-old man who was injured during the commotion that ensued.
