Not allowed to travel:
The Ayalon Routes Company announced today (Thursday) that in view of the ground monitoring test it must perform, due to the recent events - Route 20 will be hermetically blocked on the night between Saturday and Sunday (08-09.10) between the Hala Interchange and the Shalom Interchange for the sake of the tests.
The blockade will be carried out on 08.10 between the hours of 05:00-01:00 in Ayalon heading south between the Halacha Interchange and the Shalom Interchange for the purpose of monitoring the ground in the area of the exit ramp at the Shalom Interchange towards Ayalon South.
During the works, the police will be present at the scene in order to facilitate the drivers and minimize the inconvenience, when the traffic will be diverted to parallel roads.

Below are the traffic regulations:
1. Ayalon South will be hermetically sealed from the Halacha Interchange to the Shalom Interchange
2. It will not be possible to enter Ayalon South from the Halacha Interchange
3. It will not be possible to exit at the Arlozorov Interchange and the Shalom Interchange
4. Southbound traffic on Ayalon South will be diverted to the Halacha Interchange
5. Entry to Ayalon South will be allowed at the Shalom Interchange
With the completion of the opening tests for traffic on Sunday morning (09.10), the exit ramp at the Shalom Interchange towards Ayalon South will be opened in its current form - the eastern lane on the exit ramp from the Shalom Interchange in Ayalon South will be opened to traffic.
Also, entry to the Azrieli parking lot will be allowed for those coming from the Peace Interchange.
However, the western lane on the ramp, adjacent to the construction site of Azrieli's spiral building, will remain closed until it is confirmed that the existing water flow does not endanger road users.
