“With will and determination, we make the impossible” is a phrase that the war-wounded Rami Azzam embodies in reality, after he overcame the injury conditions he suffered while performing compulsory service in the ranks of the Syrian Arab Army and the Armed Forces, and entered the field of work by manufacturing and designing equipment that served to launch micro-agricultural projects.

Rami, 38, recounted how he was shot in 2012 in Al-Hajar Al-Aswad in the Damascus countryside by terrorist organizations, after he protected his comrades, which led to the removal of his kidney and part of his intestines and causing damage to the lung, which caused his release, but this did not affect the His determination, as he returned to work in the field of electronic maintenance, which he used to work in before joining the military service, until he settled in his new job in 2016, as he explained during his interview with SANA reporter.

Rami is a graduate of an intermediate engineering institute, and he previously won a leadership rank in the field of electronics at the level of Syria in the Pioneer Pioneers competitions. He indicated that with the exacerbation of the electricity crisis, he thought of operating electrical equipment through a 12-volt battery, in addition to designing a small egg incubator. Its first design in terms of insulation, volume and existing technologies in terms of air distribution and humidity and automatic control of them with ventilation, agitation and alarm.

He explained that he started with his experiment at home, and with the expansion of his work, he moved to a rented shop in the industrial area in As-Suwayda, and turned it into a manufacturing workshop in which it provides annually about 12 job opportunities for the hatching season, and to date has sold about 600 incubators to establish micro projects.

Not only did Rami work in the workshop, which his brother Rabea helped him in, but also set out to manufacture equipment and supplies that find solutions to the problems of the agricultural sector, such as the manufacture of bio-digesters, hydroponic systems, barley culture rooms and mushroom production.

Rami pointed out not to stop at any problem, and to think about helplessness, because disability is in thought, and nothing is difficult in front of the will and determination to make something important in life.

According to Rami's brother Rabie Azzam, after his return from travel, he found stability working in the workshop with his brother Rami in the field of workshop management and marketing, noting Rami's state of excellence, the ability to innovate and their influence on their father, who was distinguished in the field of electronic work.

According to the young man, Jawad Al-Samin, he benefited from the design and manufacture of Rami’s workshop by obtaining an incubator with a capacity of 1,300 eggs, to launch a micro-project, where he found a mastery of work, pointing out that Rami and his brother Rabea follow up any project in terms of addressing the malfunctions that may occur, and they love to help Others provide ideas and tips for action.
