“The change of majority at the head of the town has changed a lot of things”, let go of tit for tat several contacted agencies, to explain why Champigny-sur-Marne sees its real estate prices increase by 8.3% over one year, for apartments.

This is the biggest increase in all of Val-de-Marne in one year, according to the latest real estate barometer from our partner Meilleurs agents, while prices are starting to fall in many municipalities.

For houses, even if prices fell slightly in one year, the average price per square meter is 3,901 euros, an increase of 13.9% over five years.
