This is the biggest increase in all of Val-de-Marne in one year, according to the latest real estate barometer from our partner Meilleurs agents, while prices are starting to fall in many municipalities.
For houses, even if prices fell slightly in one year, the average price per square meter is 3,901 euros, an increase of 13.9% over five years.
