He bought child porn and yelled Nazi slogans: A Wiesseer (42) had to answer to a court for a number of crimes.

There he confessed.

Bad Wiessee/Miesbach

– The Miesbach magistrate Walter Leitner rarely has to face such a confessing defendant.

"They would probably have admitted even more than was necessary," confirmed Leitner to the 42-year-old from Bad Wiessee.

And he wasn't in court for trivial offenses.

But on the contrary.

He was guilty of procuring, possessing and distributing child and youth pornographic material and using symbols of unconstitutional organizations, including insults.

In May 2018 and January 2020, the 42-year-old committed identical crimes.

At the time, he was chatting with a man on WhatsApp, assuming in both cases that his counterpart was a minor.

He wanted naked pictures of the two men, which he got.

It showed children and young people who were performing sexual acts.

In November 2020, an apartment search took place at the Wiesseer.

There, the officials discovered 124 pictures and 47 videos on his cell phone.

All porn with minors.

The Wiesseer is also said to have uploaded such a picture of a naked child to Instagram.

Accused emphasizes: "I'm not a pedophile!"

That's not enough of the criminal offences.

On an evening in July 2021, the 42-year-old is said to have publicly shown the Hitler salute at a gas station in Gmund and shouted "Sieg Heil" several times.

He did the same that same night at the Wiesseer police station.

On top of that, he insulted and insulted the police officers on duty.

In court, he justified the freak out as follows: "I was flashed shortly before and was therefore agitated." The accused vehemently denied that he had contacts in the right-wing scene.

When they searched the home, police found no evidence of it.

Another thing the man emphatically denied was that he was a pedophile.

However, he could not give any other reason for his actions.

However, Wiesseer did not deny that they happened as described in the indictment.

When asked what he was hoping for from his salacious chats, he replied: "Maybe a meeting or something." Judge Leitner replied: "We're all glad that didn't happen.

In addition, the defendant also pleaded guilty to possession of the underage pornography and uploading the image to Instagram.

However, only he would have had access there, "because my account was set to private".

Laptop voluntarily brought to the police

Probably to put an end to the whole child porn craze, Wiesseer voluntarily brought his laptop to the police.

In contrast to the house search, child pornography turned up after a thorough investigation.

Above all, the prosecutor condemned the child and youth pornographic acts of the Wiesseer in the strongest possible terms.

But she also recognized the remorse that the accused expressed throughout the trial - and ultimately demanded a suspended sentence of 17 months and a fine of 3,000 euros.

Defender Martin Walch only had doubts "whether anyone really saw the picture on Instagram".

Walch classified the Nazi slogans as spontaneous acts and called for eight months' probation.

Judge Leitner gave Wiesseer a year of probation and 160 hours of community service in his verdict.

"You were brutally honest today," said Leitner to the accused.

"In addition, you have credibly assured that you will stop with the child pornography in the future." A verdict that Wiesseer could live with - and the public prosecutor's office as a plaintiff too.
