The Executive Secretary of the Trade Union Assembly of Czech and Moravia and Selzko Martin Pec confirmed today that the October liberation war defeated the Zionist enemy and the imperialist powers in the Middle East.
In a statement to SANA reporter in Prague on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the October liberation war, Beach added: This war, which was led by President Hafez al-Assad, constituted an example of heroism, and one of the greatest uprisings of the liberation struggle of the Syrian Arab Army, and the progressive and popular forces.
Beach, on behalf of the Czech progressive unions, congratulated the Syrian people and their leadership and the Syrian unions, and affirmed their full support for the resistance axis in its struggle, to end the occupation and liberate the occupied Arab lands.
