Since the beginning of the year, a little more than 218,000 cars have been delivered in Israel.
An impressive figure in itself, but compared to the previous year, this is a decrease of almost 15 percent.

As far as the leading brands are concerned, in the first five it is possible to mention Kia (30,986 deliveries this year), which rose to second place, as it overtakes Toyota (30,867 deliveries) and is placed behind Hyundai (39,605 deliveries).
In fourth place is Mazda (15,290 deliveries), which is surprising this year, among the few that register an increase in sales.
Skoda is in fifth place (10,842 deliveries).
In sixth place in sales this year is Citroen (7,204 deliveries), ahead of Suzuki (6,288 deliveries), Peugeot (5,252 deliveries) and Seat (5,069 deliveries).
A figure worth noting - the three leaders of the table are responsible for almost 50 percent of the deliveries in the market.

Kia Picanto (pictured) is the car sold in Israel
With a significant revival of electric and Chinese vehicles this year, it might be worthwhile to review the leading cars in the Israeli market, in order to get into the proportions.
The best-selling car this year is the Kia Picanto (11,132 deliveries), followed by the Toyota Corolla (8,568 deliveries) and in third place the Hyundai Tucson with 6,865 deliveries.
In fact, in the list of the 20 best-selling models in Israel this year, only one electric car appears, in the 11th place, and it is Geely, which registers 4,254 deliveries this year.
