The public continues to follow what is happening around the Saurüssellm with great interest.

The Wiesseer building committee will deal with this very specifically in October.

Now the landlord speaks up.

+++ Update, Thursday October 6th ++++

Bad Wiessee

– He strictly adheres to all the specifications, assures Martin Frühauf, operator of the Saurüssellm.

The focus is on the Alm, especially when it comes to luxurious champagne parties for well-heeled guests.

On Friday, trips to the Alm in black vans and even more the landing of four helicopters on Kreuzstraße attracted attention.

Early confirmation of what passers-by had suspected: a private party was taking place on the Saurüssellalm, which was officially closed that day.

There is a reason why the restaurateur has only now been able to comment on this: Frühauf was traveling in Tuscany and could not be reached.

The party ended at 6 p.m., everything was completely legal, assures Frühauf.

This also applies to the in-house shuttle service for guests.

The Frühauf family, employees and suppliers are allowed to drive to the Alm.

It is the wish of the authorities to carry out the shuttle in said vans.

"Municipality does not issue driving permits"

This is also the state of knowledge of Wiesseer mayor Robert Kühn: "We as a municipality do not issue a driving permit." The lower nature conservation authority thinks it is better if the transport takes place in vans, "than if ten drunk people stumble through the forest with a headlamp".

According to experts, the game gets used to the vehicles.

Only return transport is permitted

The district office describes the legal situation differently.

The operating description allows a return transport from the hut to the parking lot, but this does not entail approval of the trips, explains deputy press spokeswoman Sabine Kirchmair: "Every trip has to be approved by the approval authority, i.e. the municipality, there is no automatism here."

Mayor Kühn speaks of misunderstandings that "there were and are".

After the verdict of the administrative court - the association for the protection of the mountain world had sued against the operation of the alp - unfortunately many uncertainties remained.

He hopes that much can be clarified during the appeal hearing, if it is allowed.

CSU councilor and party king Christoph von Preysing could probably provide insider information.

When asked by our newspaper, he only referred to a Bentley event in the bistro he runs at the Aquadome and did not mention the celebration on the Saurüssel Alm.

But he let his fans know via Instagram that he also served up a lot of champagne and fish on the Alm.

Bad Wiessee

– There is talk of black vans, illustrious party people and helicopters.

So much in advance: These observations from last Friday, with which attentive passers-by turned to our editors, obviously had nothing to do with the Saurüssellm, even if this exclusive shuttle service could also be associated with the guests on the Alm.

Saurüsselalm: shuttle service is a sensitive issue - exception for special events

Because shuttle service is a sensitive issue here.

Only the Frühauf family as the operator, the employees and delivery services are allowed to access the Söllbach path.

Otherwise you can only go up on foot, by bike or in a horse-drawn carriage.

For the 15 special events that have been permitted so far, according to the approved operating description, "a return transport from the hut to the parking lot" is permitted, the Miesbach district office said on request, trips would have to be requested separately from the municipality, which Mayor Robert Kühn also confirms.

The administrative court in Munich overturned these special events in the summer.

Even if this was considered a success for the plaintiffs, the association for the protection of the mountains (VzSB), the association appealed against the judgment on numerous other points.

Owner Franz Haslberger followed suit and has meanwhile had his lawyers justify this.

It has not yet been decided whether the appeal will be allowed, explains Andreas Spiegel, spokesman for the Bavarian Administrative Court.

In the event of admission, an appeal hearing is not expected until next year.

This is how long the special events can take place.

This does not apply to the weekly hut evenings.

Saurüsselalm: Haslberger's application has been submitted to the building committee

On the other hand, another date has been fixed for the Saurüsselalm: The members of the building committee will have to deal with the awning and the terrace on the Alm at their meeting on October 27th.

"Mr. Haslberger brought the subsequent building application in person," reports building authority director Anton Bammer.

He only briefly outlines the content.

It is about the awning, which can be extended to 3.75 meters on both sides and rests on 3.75 meter high metal posts.

It hasn't been approved yet.

In addition, the wooden terrace, which now covers 87 square meters, was built 22.01 square meters larger than requested and approved.

Quiet will not yet return to the Saurüsssellm, apart from the shorter winter opening times from 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the company holidays from November 14th to December 5th.

Back to the helicopters: Christoph von Preysing had invited to an event in the Wiesseer Aquadome, as he confirmed when asked - with black Bentleys and champagne.

Corresponding posts are now circulating on the Internet.

Said helicopters caused a stir at the sports field on Kreuzstraße.

According to the owner of the meadow leased from the municipality, they are allowed to land there for shuttle services.

This is regulated in the lease agreement and companies that offer helicopter flights are happy to use it.

"So everything is completely legal," says von Preysing.
