This is the end of the upturn for real estate in the Hauts-de-Seine: record price increases seem only a distant memory in the department.

Over the past year, the prices of apartments for sale fell by 0.3%, while they increased by 1.6% in Val-de-Marne and by 2.9% in Seine-Saint- Denis during the same period, according to figures provided by Meilleurs Agents.
