In the list of Parisian districts whose rating has fallen the most over the past year, Picpus comes in second place.

Just after the Sorbonne district (Ve) where prices – which still reach 14,049 euros per square meter – are down 10% over one year.

In this residential district of the 12th arrondissement, the square meter fell below the 10,000 euro mark to return, according to the barometer of Meilleursagents.com, to 9,563 euros on average.

A drop of 8.8% in one year.
