Over the past five years, Seine-Saint-Denis is the Ile-de-France department that has seen the biggest increase in real estate prices with a 25.5% increase according to figures from Meilleurs Agents.
“Thanks to their location, Saint-Ouen and Pantin are the two towns in Seine-Saint-Denis that have grown the most in recent years.
These are carry-over markets where the square meter has taken more than 73% in ten years, “says Thomas Lefebvre, scientific director of the real estate appraisal site.
