Danger can arise anytime, anywhere and especially for anything.
This lesson, all police officers in the field know it.
But that does not avoid the risk.
Hassan, a policeman from Raincy, was seriously injured this Friday around 7:30 p.m. during a trivial intervention for a neighborhood quarrel in Villemomble (Seine-Saint-Denis).
This experienced officer of the anti-crime brigade, aged about 45, suffered a stab wound to the bust, at the top of his bulletproof vest.
The suspect allegedly drew a handgun
The assailant was immediately subdued by the policeman's colleagues.
The latter was then taken care of by the emergency services and transported to the Henri-Mondor hospital in Créteil (Val-de-Marne) when his vital prognosis was engaged.
This Friday around 9 p.m., his state of health was stable.
“We have to be very careful, but the news seems rather reassuring,” one of his colleagues told us.
“We are following this very closely because in addition, this guy is a cream.
He is appreciated by everyone”.
Around 5 p.m., a man went to the Raincy police station to file a complaint.
After an argument over a noise problem, his neighbor threatened him with a knife.
As soon as the complaint is written, a team from the anti-crime brigade goes to the site.
The police are ringing the suspect's doorbell.
The 40-year-old man opens the door and then draws a handgun, according to a police source.
Apparently, she jams.
In the process, he takes out a knife and tries to strike the official several times during a hand-to-hand combat.
The assailant was finally brought under control.
No shots were fired.
No shooting with a taser either.
The investigation would have been entrusted to the SDPJ 93.
