Duds successfully defused in Hanover

A 250-kilogram dud from World War II was successfully defused in Hanover on Monday evening.
"... and that's it: A rear fuse could be unscrewed.
The bomb has been defused, people are allowed to return to their homes,” tweeted the Hanover fire department in the evening.
The British aerial bomb had previously been discovered on the premises of a company.
Hanover - About three weeks ago, a bomb also weighing 250 kilograms was found and defused on the same site in the Brink-Hafen district.
