Sabrina and Lena's brunch bag is intended to score points at DHDL as a chimera between a designer piece and a cool bag.

But there are also alternatives to the original for all meal prepper fans.

It looks like a designer piece from Paris or Milan: an elegant Saffiano-style bag made of vegan leather with golden fittings and a functional shoulder strap.

An it-piece that goes with every business and fitness outfit - but is actually a cooler bag.

The idea for the brunch bag, which Sabrina Döbler and Lena Henny present in "Die Höhle der Löwen", came after their parental leave.

When the friends returned to work, there was little time to cook, and during the short lunch breaks they either didn't eat anything or only had unhealthy snacks.

The BrunchBag from "The Lion's Den" is the salvation for fashion-conscious meal preppers

The solution: meal prepping.

In English: prepare food at home and take it to work.

But for the two style and fashion-conscious women, backpacks or even cloth bags were out of the question for transport.

This is how the founding duo developed the BrunchBag: an insulated cool bag that keeps food fresh and looks stylish at the same time.

A cool bag for today's modern businesswoman.

It offers enough space inside for a healthy lunch, a few snacks, a drink and the right cutlery.

BrunchBag inventors Sabrina Döbler and Lena Henny 

Sabrina and Lena's goal is to get support of 30,000 from investors through their appearance in "Die Höhle der Löwen" in order to establish their company Roads and Skies and to make the BrunchBag known.

In return, the founders offer the lioness or lion who joins the deal 30 percent of the company shares.

Cheap alternatives to BrunchBag from "The Lion's Den"

Like a "real" designer handbag, the BrunchBag costs a whopping 129 euros.

A price that not everyone can or wants to pay.
