A 19-year-old girl surnamed Hong Kong Zhong was found buried in Taipei's Longshan Temple at the end of last month. Her parents went to Taiwan to find the truth of her daughter's death. In the past 10 days, she has gradually uncovered her daughter's misfortune. The partial door method tried to solve the troubles, but in the end, no proper method was obtained to solve the worries, and the jade died in a different place.

Zhong's father expressed his daughter's experience with a choked sob, and also urged parents to always pay attention to and care about their children's situation, so as not to regret lifelong regrets.

Well-behaved and quiet, Zhong Nv was born in a well-off family. She was loved by her parents and relatives since she was a child, and grew up in a carefree family environment.

Zhong Nv took the Diploma of Secondary Education Examination when she was studying in Secondary 6. Due to her poor grades, she went to Taiwan for further studies in September 2020 and entered the first year of Longhua University of Science and Technology. She returns to Hong Kong for summer vacation every year. It has been the 3rd year so far, but I didn't expect to return to Taiwan this time, but it's gone forever.

Afterwards, Zhong's father checked his daughter's communication records and consumption receipts, reviewed every piece of evidence found by the Taiwan police, and inquired about the school and the dormitory students. He also consulted lawyer Cai Shangqian's legal advice. Footprints, and gradually pieced together the various experiences of her daughter before her death.

Returning to Hong Kong during the summer vacation, opening the door for a long time uncharacteristically

The parents now recall that the first abnormal behavior of their daughter was during the summer vacation she just returned to Hong Kong in the past.

Father Zhong described that her daughter is growing up and has her own little world. In the past, she always closed the door at home to prevent her parents from spying on the situation in the room. But when she came back from summer vacation this year, she opened the door for a long time. Looking at it, he saw his daughter smiling slightly at him. Father Zhong immediately thought that his daughter had become sensible, and felt very comforted in his heart.

Unfortunately, this abnormal move is the beginning of the daughter's path of no return.

At the end of August this year, my daughter went back to Taiwan to start school. At first, she was peaceful, but she gradually fell into mental distress. She once mentioned to her mother that "I bumped into something and I was not happy." I was unable to visit Taiwan due to restrictions, so I planned to travel with my daughter on October 4th to relax.

Once again, my daughter in Taiwan rented a hotel room outside and had a video call with her mother for more than an hour. During this time, she chatted casually and in a calm tone. At that time, she mentioned "there is another person in the room", and Mother Zhong thought that. She went out with friends to play and relax, but she felt at ease.

After reviewing the check-in records and CCTV and other information, it was confirmed that there was only one daughter in the room from beginning to end.

Zhong's father believed that his daughter had hallucinations at that time, thinking wildly, but she didn't know how to ask for help.

Since then, her daughter's mental state has gradually deteriorated. She once made strange behaviors such as talking to herself in the dormitory, but the roommate did not dare to inform the school. The situation could not be spread to Hong Kong, and she eventually missed the golden opportunity for rescue.

CCTV filmed the last 25 minutes before the girl's death, her parents felt heartbroken

On the night of September 28, the goddess Zhong left the school dormitory alone without guarding her house. She once told her dorm friends on the phone that she would not go back and stayed in a hotel room.

The next day (September 29) at 11 am, she arrived at Longshan Temple by car, walked into the women's toilet for about 20 minutes, and came out, and then entered the women's toilet again after an interval of 25 minutes.

Zhong’s father pointed out that at first, the Taiwan police only wanted to close the case in a hurry, and they did not let the family watch all the CCTV clips. , then turned to "Hong Kong 01" for help, and finally got the assistance of the Taiwan police, but the clip made the couple feel heartbroken.

Zhong’s father described that one of the shots in the temple was aimed at the temple. After his daughter came out of the toilet, she kept kneeling in the temple and threw the sword, her emotions gradually collapsed, and then she burst into tears and ran back to the toilet and did not come out again.

It was not until the cleaners found that the toilet compartment could not be opened, and the security came to break the door, only to find that the daughter committed suicide inside.

Self-blame for failing to help beloved daughters and calling on parents to care more about their children

Regarding his daughter's experience, Zhong's father admitted that he could not explain, and it was difficult to believe in reality, but he believed that his daughter was deeply troubled by hallucinations, otherwise the daughter, who had always been afraid of pain and death, would never be able to seek short-sightedness.

But the most distressing thing for the couple is "why I didn't help her." As a parent, they are extremely self-blaming, thinking that their daughter will grow up, have her own life, and can take care of her body and mind. Unexpectedly, the 19-year-old daughter is still fragile and needs to The parents' care, complaining that they failed to help their daughter through the difficulties.

Zhong's father quoted a very sad statement he said at the school farewell meeting: "When my daughter was 7 years old, she wrote "My Good Friend" and wrote about her parents. Why did she forget her parents when she left?"

The reporter of "Hong Kong 01" had many telephone interviews with Zhong's father. Every time he talked about his sadness, he always heard him choking.

Father Zhong endured the pain and revealed his daughter's condition before her death. He only hoped that the sad experience of his family would remind other parents to show more care for their children. If they saw anything unusual, they should lend a helping hand as soon as possible to avoid regrets for the rest of their lives.
