Dozens of Palestinians were injured today when the Israeli occupation forces and settlers attacked them in Nablus in the West Bank.
The official in charge of the settlement resistance file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, told Wafa that settlers stormed the main street in the center of the town of Hawara, south of Nablus, under heavy security of the occupation forces, and attacked Palestinians with bullets and poison gas canisters, which led to the suffocation of 53 Palestinians, including a journalist, and the arrest of Six boys.
The settlers also burned the entire Hawara Park, and three trucks, and attacked a civil defense vehicle that tried to reach the place to put out the fire, smashing its windows, firing poison gas bombs at it, and attacking Palestinian homes, smashing their windows, 15 shops, and 20 vehicles.
In Azmout village, east of Nablus, settlers beat and attacked Palestinians while they were picking olives.
