"Save us":
more than two million people visited the Western Wall during the month of Elul and during the Tishrei holidays.
Thousands took part in the main prayers, as well as hundreds of thousands more who came to Jerusalem and the Western Wall during the Sukkot holiday as a reminder of the pilgrimage, and participated in the traditional "Blessing of the Priests" as well as in the occasion of bringing in the Torah scrolls and the Beit HaShuaba celebration that takes place once every seven years "a reminder to the crowd".

On the night of "Hoshana Rabbah" tens of thousands flocked to the Western Wall as well as at Simchat Torah and this evening (Monday) during the second laps on the Western Wall square, which have become an annual tradition in Jerusalem, in the mass dancing together with dozens of Torah scrolls used on the Western Wall.
The Western Wall Heritage Foundation stated that: "We conclude this period with great satisfaction and express great appreciation to the dedicated employees of the foundation and the security and police forces who made great efforts to facilitate the arrival of two million people in the last two months and to maintain the safety and security of those coming to the Western Wall."
The Rabbi of the Western Wall and the Holy Places Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz: "The crowds that flocked to the Western Wall testify to the power of the Western Wall as a place that captures and unites, which was expressed in the wonderful unity that existed during this period at the Western Wall. This is a moving testimony that expresses the hope and faith of the people in its heritage."
