Under the combined influence of the northeast monsoon and Nessa, strong winds are still generally blowing in Hong Kong, with occasional gale force winds blowing in the highlands.

The No. 3 strong wind signal will be maintained until 5:00 this morning (18th).

Unless local winds strengthen further, there is little chance that the No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal will be reissued.

Typhoon "Nasa" passed 370 to 400 kilometers south of Hong Kong on Monday night (17th), and local winds increased compared with the daytime. Intensified, the maximum sustained wind speed from Kennedy Town to Green Island reached the upper limit of strong winds.

However, strong winds do not prevent citizens from going out at night. On the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui, a woman with long hair was ruffled by gusts of strong wind.
