Here, the main host is called Marius.
This parrot is the mascot of the place, he also gave his name to the restaurant of the establishment, the Table of Marius, which offers locavore and inventive cuisine.
We meet it in the detours of the spaces whose decoration delicately mixes furniture found on the flea markets of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, contemporary furniture or designer pieces.
On this five-hectare estate, there are seventeen rooms (from €251), seven suites and three caravans: enough to choose your environment and your haven of peace, some with a terrace on the pond to observe the martins- fishermen at work.
