I made a commitment at the end of August to prepare the budget in an unprecedented consultation exercise, with the dialogues of Bercy.
We said, at the time, with Elisabeth Borne that we want to do everything to avoid the 49-3.
I have no regrets: never has a budget been discussed so much before parliamentary debates.
But unfortunately, the oppositions remain in a form of deadlock, more for symbolic political reasons than for reasons of the country's interest.
What opposition proposals have you retained in the final text that you will present via 49-3?
We accepted more than a hundred amendments.
Of the 700 million euros in new expenditure, half was proposed by the majority and the other half by the opposition.
