The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Lugansk People's Republic, Viktoria Serdyukova, announced today that the soldiers freed from captivity were subjected to inhuman conditions and physical torture by the forces of the Kyiv regime.
And the Russian RIA Novosti news agency quoted Serdyukova as saying in a statement today: "One of the released prisoners was in a critical health condition due to stab wounds," stressing that all necessary medical and legal aid will be provided to them.
Yesterday, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the completion of a prisoner exchange deal to free 110 Russian citizens, including 72 civilian sailors who had been detained by the Kyiv regime, since last February.
