The police yesterday (Wednesday) seized weapons and means of warfare that were hidden next to a playground of a kindergarten in Kfar Zarzir in the north.
The police invited the parents of the kindergarten children to the scene until the end of the treatment of the incident.

During the search, the officers found a mag machine gun, a Carlo type rifle, Bruce ammunition, cartridges and bullets.
The suspect in possession of the weapon, a 29-year-old resident of the settlement, was arrested after a few hours, and today the police's request to extend his detention will be brought before the Magistrate's Court in Nazareth.

The police said that only in the last few days, six weapons were seized in the settlements of the Arab sector in the north, and nine suspects were arrested.
It was also reported that since the beginning of the year, more than 950 weapons, including 524 rifles and pistols, have been seized in the northern district.
