A retired French bishop is caught up in strange behavior during confessions.
The affair came out a week ago but it was not confirmed by the conference of bishops, which opted for silence.
The scandal, however, has just rebounded on the evening of October 20 with new accusations certified, this time by Mgr Dominique Lebrun, Archbishop of Rouen in an official press release.
